That\u2019s why they\u2019re announcing a set of ambitious commitments and actions to help build a more equitable and inclusive society.<\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These include:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Ensuring that everyone who directly provides goods and services to Unilever earns at least a living wage or income by 2030.<br \/>\n\u2022 Spending \u20ac2 billion annually with suppliers owned and managed by people from under-represented groups, by 2025.<br \/>\n\u2022 Helping 5 million small and medium-sized businesses to grow through access to skills, finance and technology, by 2025.<br \/>\n\u2022 Increasing the number of diverse people involved in the production of our advertisements, both on screen and behind the camera.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensuring that our employees are reskilled or upskilled, and have access to flexible employment options by 2030.<br \/>\n\u2022 Equipping 10 million young people with essential skills to prepare them for job opportunities, by 2030.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<em>\u201cThe two biggest threats that the world currently faces are climate change and social inequality,\u201d<\/em> says Unilever CEO <strong>Alan Jope<\/strong>. <em>\u201cThe past year has undoubtedly widened the social divide, and decisive and collective action is needed to build a society that helps to improve livelihoods, embraces diversity, nurtures talent and offers opportunities for everyone.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13650 aligncenter lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/bcsdh.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Unilever-announcement-image.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1024px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1024\/576;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nInclusion is at the heart of the global sustainable development agenda, with its central ambition being to \u2018leave no one behind\u2019.
