The jury recognized the vertical farm\u2019s innovative potential in food security for the future. This is the second major recognition of our vertical farming efforts after the Innovation Grand Prize 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The award was received by Tungsram\u2019s agritech leader, Zoltan Sejpes at a hybrid form gala.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The third place has been shared between K&amp;H Bank Zrt. for its <em>@K&amp;H incubator<\/em> project and Samsung Electronics Magyar Zrt. for its <em>Megold\u00e1sok a holnap\u00e9rt (Solutions for tomorrow) <\/em>program, the second place has been won by Vodafone Foundation for the <em>Vodafone Digital Award <\/em>while dm Kft. won the category for its <em>Giving Friday<\/em> initiative in the framework of which it shifted attention from hunting bargains to charity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We thank Effekteam for the opportunity and Zolt\u00e1n Sejpes, Zsuzsanna Thierry, Szonja Kiss and the Agritech team for their contribution to this success!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14684 alignleft lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/bcsdh.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Screenshot-2021-10-14-at-12.49.19.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"478\" height=\"306\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 478px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 478\/306;\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tungsram\u2019s R&amp;D vertical farm in Budapest has won the Effekt 2030 Innovation Special Award in the category of the Economy of the Future.
