These guidelines can assist companies in the reporting process, providing them with a methodology that will facilitate the disclosure of relevant, useful and comparable non-financial information. The guidelines will be drawn up in line with the requirements and scope set out in the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32014L0095&amp;from=EN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Directive on disclosure of non-financial and diversity information by certain large companies and groups<\/a>, which applies to large public-interest entities with more than 500 employees.
