{"id":5975,"date":"2016-05-27T14:42:33","date_gmt":"2016-07-27T12:42:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bcsdh.hu\/?p=5975"},"modified":"2016-05-27T14:42:33","modified_gmt":"2016-07-27T12:42:33","slug":"successful-bcsdh-alumni-start","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bcsdh.hu\/en\/news\/successful-bcsdh-alumni-start\/","title":{"rendered":"Successful BCSDH Alumni start"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After months-long preparations, the professional program for graduates from the first and second year of Business Council Hungary (BCSDH) Future Leaders Talent Program was hosted by Dreher Breweries Ltd.\u00a0on the 25th May 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The company\u2019s Managing Director, Robert Cooper opened the day with his short welcome speech, then he answered participants\u2019 questions about the achievements of\u00a0Dreher Breweries Ltd. in the realm of sustainability and the expected climate change impacts on the company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bcsdh.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/DSC_0416.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-5840 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/bcsdh.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/DSC_0416.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_0416\" width=\"644\" height=\"426\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 644px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 644\/426;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During factory visit, participants could experience personally, how the company manages its waste responsibly; which results in 97% by-product and waste recycling.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Following this, Ir\u00e9n M\u00e1rta, Managing Director of BCSDH talked about the most important global events on sustainability, including the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) announced in Autumn 2015, and the prospective economic impacts of the Paris Climate Change Conference (COP21).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bcsdh.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/DSC_0483.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-5848 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/bcsdh.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/DSC_0483.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_0483\" width=\"528\" height=\"339\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 528px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 528\/339;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In relation to the Alumni, Judit L\u00e1szl\u00f3, Business Development Manager at Coface, introduced her preliminary research founding followed by discussions on the Alumni\u2019s prospective operational framework. Professional discussions were continued during beer-tasting, while one of the most inspiring questions was raised by Dr. Krisztina Szegedi, Chairperson of the Ethics Council at MOL Group: \u201eWhat effect can this training have on the successful operation of some firms?\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">BCSDH has initiated the establishment of the Alumni in order to form and provide a professional platform for leaders with knowledge on sustainability and its wide-range impacts on businesses. To put this Alumni forum into effect, an organisers team was form from previous Future Leaders Talent Program participants, including: Krisztina Elischer, Business Manager at Nestl\u00e9 Hung\u00e1ria; Judit L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Business Development Manager at Coface Hungary Credit Management Services; \u00a0Judit Jakab, PR coordinator at Coca-Cola HBC Hungary Ltd. and Dr. N\u00f3ra Szauder, Legal Counsel at Coca-Cola HBC Hungary Ltd..
