{"id":61619,"date":"2024-04-09T11:32:03","date_gmt":"2024-04-09T09:32:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bcsdh.hu\/?p=61619"},"modified":"2024-05-27T11:33:24","modified_gmt":"2024-05-27T09:33:24","slug":"what-gets-measured-gets-managed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bcsdh.hu\/en\/news\/what-gets-measured-gets-managed\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201eWhat gets measured gets managed\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Does EU and national ESG regulation promote corporate sustainability? &#8211; asked Ir\u00e9n M\u00e1rta, Managing Director of BCSDH, in her presentation at the conference &#8220;Business without ESG?&#8221;, organised by the Market and Profit Conference Centre and BKIK on 4 April 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In her introduction, the Managing Director briefly talked about the EU Taxonomy Regulation which aims to help investors and financiers make better decisions, and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD),\u00a0 and then went into detail about the domestic implementation of the CSRD and CSDDD (supplier due diligence directive), the ESG Act.
