FOXPOST was the first in the country to provide parcel delivery services in the C2C segment, creating a simple, accessible and environmentally friendly way to trade in secondary markets. With the cooperation with Vatera, J\u00f3fog\u00e1s, Vinted, and by serving customers through the Facebook Marketplace, we play a significant role in shaping conscious consumer behaviour. Our efficient returns management processes also reinforce our desire to avoid unnecessary waste.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"TextRun SCXW67756239 BCX8\" lang=\"HU-HU\" xml:lang=\"HU-HU\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW67756239 BCX8\">Program <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW67756239 BCX8\">Measures<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW67756239 BCX8\"> and <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW67756239 BCX8\">Commitments<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW67756239 BCX8\">:<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW67756239 BCX8\" data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>We use special boxes to transport parcels, and we improve the life of our boxes by repairing them. If they cannot be repaired, they are returned to the manufacturer for recycling.<br \/>\nWe also repair the pallets used in the warehouse, and if they need to be replaced, we replace them with recycled pallets with a long service life. From September 2021, our parcel machines will no longer issue paper receipts to registered private individuals when they dispatch parcels, significantly reducing the amount of waste generated by our operations.<br \/>\nWe will develop joint projects with our largest business partners to reduce the amount of packaging waste in the future. We are cleaning our vehicles with biodegradable agents and using a special technology to minimise the water we use.<br \/>\nThe winter and summer window washer fluid used for our fleet vehicles will be purchased in 200-litre drums from 2022, preventing approximately 750 plastic bottles from becoming waste each year. The drums will be returned and reused by the window washer fluid supplier. We use EcoFoil film, which is 10 microns thick but has 5 layers, making it stronger than conventional film. It is therefore environmentally friendly, as it is practically 60% less by weight than conventional film. We have used our surplus construction nets and molinos from our marketing activities to make bags. These products made from recycled materials are sold in our webshop.<br \/>\nWe aim to be present in most marketplaces and encourage our users to use secondary markets. As we have consciously designed our processes to serve these markets, it is also in our business interest. We are conscious and planned in the sizing of our automated crates, we are constantly educating our users on correct and sensible packaging, and we are trying to further rationalise the amount of waste we generate.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"TextRun SCXW213416641 BCX8\" lang=\"HU-HU\" xml:lang=\"HU-HU\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW213416641 BCX8\">Program <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW213416641 BCX8\">Impact<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW213416641 BCX8\"> and <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW213416641 BCX8\">Results<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW213416641 BCX8\">:<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW213416641 BCX8\" data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>In the first half of 2024, we repaired 1,510 plastic crates and 649 EUR pallets and replaced 370 with recycled ones. By the end of 2022, a total of 2,385 kg less plastic waste was released into the environment by our activities through the use of EcoFoil environmentally friendly packaging material.<br \/>\nOur CleanGo car washing solution uses only 4 decilitres of water per car wash instead of 110 litres.
