Its consultancy projects cover different areas of nonprofit organisational operations, such as strategy development and implementation, organisational development, process management, efficiency improvement, fundraising, business planning, social enterprise management, volunteer management and social impact measurement, IT topics. Professional volunteering programmes involve corporate volunteers working with non-profit organisations to solve business problems. Their training combines methodologies from the business and non-profit sectors to promote long-term sustainability. These projects have contributed to promoting social inclusion, strengthening the impact that NGOs can have in their communities. IFUA Nonprofit Partner’s work has thus had a measurable positive impact not only on the functioning of NGOs, but also on the achievement of broader societal goals.<\/p>\n
