She graduated with a degree in Economics and later earned an MBA from the UK’s Open University. She began her career in the pharmaceutical industry at Ciba-Geigy, leaving six and a half years later as Commercial Director of the company, by then operating as Novartis. In 1999, she became Managing Director of HL Display, a company listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Under her leadership, the Hungarian subsidiary became the second most profitable company within the group. She later took on regional responsibility for five Central and Eastern European countries.

In 2011, she joined LeasePlan Hungary as Commercial Director and was appointed CEO in 2017. Alongside driving business growth, she made electric mobility a key pillar of the company’s strategy. In recognition of her achievements, she became the first recipient of the Manager of the Year Blue Innovation Special Award in 2018.

She is actively involved in several professional and social initiatives. She serves as First Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hungary, Board Member of the Hungarian Leasing Association and the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce in Hungary, and Chair of BCSDH’s Race to Zero Working Group. She is also a Charity Ambassador and long-standing supporter of the Csodalámpa Foundation. In addition, she actively mentors professionals through the Hungarian Business Leaders Forum (HBLF) and the Hungarian Association of Executives.
