Sándor Baja joined Randstad in 2012, economist, speaks 4 foreign languages, married, father of 2 children. Before that he used to serve as sales and marketing director at consumer goods producer companies in Hungary, Balkan countries and France. He is a Net Zero Ambassador at his current firm. Beyond reaching the business targets, he is proud of the fact that Randstad Hungary gives jobs to 215 people compared to 50 10 years ago. The mission of Randstad is “Shaping the Word of Work”. To live this mission, Sándor delivers keynote speeches in conferences, publishes articles. To recognize his work with the foreign investors, for his 50th birthday, the president of Hungary awarded him the “Knight’s Cross”.
