Randstad Employer Brand Research 2025

The Randstad Award has been awarded to Hungary’s most attractive employers for the twelfth time. Based on the opinions of Hungarian employees, Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions is the most attractive employer in Hungary, followed by LEGO in second place and Audi in third.

The Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) survey also reveals the most attractive sectors, how employees feel, why they are considering changing jobs, the factors that have a positive or negative impact on motivation, and the current situation regarding AI and home office.
