Máté Bori has more than 20 years of professional experience in fleet management, motor insurance, and mobility services. He began his career in 2004 and has held leadership positions at leading companies, including Allianz, Groupama, Aegon, LeasePlan, and Ayvens.

Between 2022 and 2024, he led the integration of LeasePlan Hungary and ALD Automotive, playing a pivotal role in the successful merger of the two organizations. Since 2025, he has served as Chief Operations & Car Remarketing Officer at Ayvens Hungary and as a Member of the Board. In his current role, he is responsible for driving business performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting long-term value creation. Alongside his professional responsibilities, he actively supports sustainability and social initiatives.
