Gabriella Heiszler has been with SPAR Hungary since 2006, progressing from internal audit through controlling and finance roles to the company’s senior leadership. Since 2017, she has served as the company’s Managing Director, overseeing its overall operations. She began her career as a financial analyst at General Electric and later gained extensive professional and leadership experience as Financial Controller at Worldmark Hungary. Throughout the various leadership positions she has held at SPAR, she has played a key role in the company’s financial and organisational development. Under her leadership, SPAR Hungary has further strengthened its market position. Her work focuses on continuous improvement, innovation and employee development, as well as the ongoing renewal of the company’s stores, product range and internal processes.
