László Török is a mechanical engineer with more than 30 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, operations and business development. He began his career at Videoton and later spent nearly two decades at Grundfos Hungary, progressing from production management roles to the position of Managing Director. From 2008 to 2019, he served as Managing Director of Grundfos Hungary, overseeing the company’s operations while also actively contributing to the development of international talent management and organisational development programmes. Since 2019, he has served as Managing Director of Yamazaki Mazak Central and Eastern Europe, where he is responsible for driving the company’s business development and growth across the region. He holds an Executive MBA from Purdue University. His leadership approach is centred on continuous improvement, innovation and long-term value creation.
