Sándor Baja is the Managing Director of Randstad’s operations in Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Romania. He joined one of the world’s leading HR services companies in 2012. He holds a degree in economics and, prior to joining Randstad, spent nearly two decades in senior sales and marketing leadership roles at multinational companies in the consumer goods and electronics sectors across Hungary, the Balkans, and France. He is committed to sustainable business practices and the future of work. A frequent speaker at professional conferences, he is also an active contributor to labour market dialogue and public discourse on the future of employment. In recognition of his contribution to the development of the Hungarian economy and labour market, he was awarded the Knight’s Cross of the Hungarian Order of Merit.
