Sándor Baja is the Managing Director of Randstad’s operations in Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Romania. He joined one of the world’s leading HR services companies in 2012. He holds a degree in economics and has nearly two decades of experience in senior sales and marketing leadership roles at multinational consumer goods and electronics companies across Hungary, the Balkans, and France. He is committed to sustainable business practices and the future of work, and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences as well as an active participant in labor market dialogue.In recognition of his contribution to the development of the Hungarian economy and labor market, he was awarded the Knight’s Cross of the Order of Merit of Hungary.
