Zita Szederkényi is an accomplished sustainability and corporate affairs professional with over 10 years of experience in various industries. Currently, she is the Head of Future Leaders Talent Program at Business Council for Sustainable Development Hungary. In this role, Zita oversees the development and delivery of sustainability and leadership content, organizes Professional Days and manages the Social Equity Workgroup, Alumni group, and the Scholarship Program. Zita’s work experience includes her role a Sustainability Specialist at McDonald’s Hungary, where she is responsible for the creation, execution and reporting of the ESG strategy, management of social impact programs and advising on environmental sustainability measures. Her previous experience includes senior PR management roles at Huawei Technologies and Head of Corporate Affairs at Dreher Breweries / SABMiller / Asahi and Heineken Hungary, where she adapted and implemented global sustainability programs locally, managed corporate communication. Zita holds a degree in economics with a specialization in international communication from Budapest College of Communication and Business, as well as a teacher and Master of Arts in French language and literature from Eötvös Loránd Science University. She is passionate about ESG, people development, curiosity for sustainable innovation and change management. Zita is a strategic thinker who is proactive, target-oriented, and enjoys working with an international, diverse team. She is experienced in public speaking and presentation and has effective written and verbal communication skills.
