ALTEO at the Belgrade Energy Forum: Driving the Green Transition Together
ALTEO was proud to participate in this year’s Belgrade Energy Forum, one of the most significant energy conferences in Central and Southeastern Europe. The two-day event gathered over 500 participants from more than 30 countries, including policymakers, industry experts, and international leaders, to discuss the challenges and opportunities of the green transition. The event covered topics such as the integration of renewable energy sources, the future of energy storage, and the role of digitalisation in the energy sector.
Attila Chikán Jr., ALTEO’s CEO and Chairman of the Board, emphasized the importance of regional collaboration in his keynote speech. He underlined that such partnerships are crucial for ensuring supply security and advancing the green transition, particularly as renewable energy’s share in the energy mix continues to grow. Meanwhile, Magdolna Tokai, Deputy CEO, participated in a panel discussion on market flexibility. She highlighted the significance of diversified portfolios, aggregators, and international cooperation in building resilient energy systems.
Beyond professional discussions, the forum provided ALTEO with an excellent platform to strengthen international relations. The insights shared during the event underscored the close connection between sustainability and digital innovation, which are shaping the future of the energy sector.
