László Flórián has nearly three decades of experience in the retail sector. He began his career in store operations at METRO before holding senior leadership positions at OBI, bauMax, Rossmann, and Praktiker, gaining extensive management and international experience across Hungary, Romania, and the Czech Republic. From 2012 to 2024, he served as Managing Director of Rossmann Hungary, where he led the company’s operations through a period of exceptional growth. Under his leadership, Rossmann Hungary increased its revenue nearly fivefold while significantly expanding its store network, establishing itself as the country’s leading drugstore retail chain. Since 2025, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Praktiker Hungary. In addition to his executive role, he is Co-Chair of the National Trade Association of Hungary (OKSZ) and a member of the prestigious Lánchíd Club, one of Hungary’s foremost professional forums for retail leaders. His leadership philosophy is defined by a strong results orientation, a commitment to innovation, and a deep trust in people.
