Animal feed production, electric bicycle tour, and regenerative agriculture – BCSDH weekend in Bük
Once again this year, the BCSDH weekend provided a highly exciting program for the participating 25 top executives and their partners.
On Friday, the professional program began at the Nestlé Purina factory in Bük, where Péter Noszek, the CEO of Nestlé Hungária Kft., welcomed the participants. Tímea Kiss, the factory’s communication manager, provided insights into the history of the factory, and during the factory tour, several experts introduced the team to the intricacies of animal feed production.
Following this, Anna Hőgyész, the sustainability manager of Nestlé Hungária Kft., presented the unique regenerative agriculture project known as LENS, in which Nestlé is an active partner, a project being carried out in Hungary.
The next day, enthusiasts of cycling set off on electric bicycles, provided by Hellovelo Zrt., to Kukucsa Major, a participant in the regenerative agriculture project. There, they were welcomed by Pál Bodorics, the owner of Kukucsa Major, and the leader of Répcevölgye Kft. The two-day program concluded with a pleasant lunch on the estate.
We express our gratitude to the hosting leaders of Nestlé Hungária and the owner of Kukucsa Major for the insightful professional program and hospitality, as well as to Hellovelo Zrt. for the opportunity to try out sustainable mobility devices.
