This year, Katica Tanya Experience Center and Aura Event Center provided the setting for BCSDH’s two-day team-building event.
Located in Patca, the 13-hectare experience park stands out for placing sustainability at the heart of its operations: since 2017, it has met all of its energy needs exclusively from renewable sources. The results of its sustainable operations are well illustrated by the fact that each visitor consumes an average of just 2.4 kWh of energy and generates 3.9 dkg of mixed waste. Katica Tanya therefore also provides a great example of how sustainability considerations can be integrated into the everyday operations of an experience center. During our stay, the BCSDH team had the opportunity to explore the venue while also trying out some of the more than 100 indoor and outdoor attractions on offer.
Our team-building event concluded with a professional workshop: Attila Kelemen, CEO of Proself International, led a session on the practical applications of artificial intelligence. Together, we explored where and how AI-powered tools can provide real support in our day-to-day work and what opportunities they can create for more efficient operations.
After two days filled with new experiences and inspiration, we returned refreshed to our conferences, business lunches, and the autumn tasks ahead. A big thank you to Eszter Handó and János Handó for welcoming the BCSDH team to this unique venue!
