MOL has bought majority stake in ITK Holding Zrt., which currently operates and maintains buses used for public transport in Budapest and Debrecen. MOL’s investment provides the necessary funding, multinational background and financial stability to expand the company’s services in keeping with its mobility strategy running up to 2030.
